The Westminster College Department of Mathematics and Computer Science invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, to begin August 2027. We seek a dynamic and innovative teacher-scholar who is committed to excellence in undergraduate education and student-centered learning. Responsibilities include:

1. Teach three courses per semester (in person) in a broad range of courses in the computer science program, the College’s core curriculum, and the first-year program.

2. Maintain and expand our current offerings in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

3. Maintain an active program of scholarship that engages undergraduate students.

4. Advise and mentor undergraduate students pursuing computer science majors, minors, and interdisciplinary programs.

5. Participate in service to the department, college, and broader academic community.
