The Westminster College Department of Mathematics and Computer Science invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, to begin August 2027. We seek a dynamic and innovative teacher-scholar who is committed to excellence in undergraduate education and student-centered learning. Responsibilities: - Teach three courses per semester (in person) in a broad range of courses in the computer science program, the College’s core curriculum, and the first-year program. - Maintain and expand our current offerings in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. - Maintain an active program of scholarship that engages undergraduate students. - Advise and mentor undergraduate students pursuing computer science majors, minors, and interdisciplinary programs. - Participate in service to the department, college, and broader academic community.
